Years later I met a policeman who worked on both cases. He and I were talking about those two cases that had really stayed with me. I learned that the two were connected, which is something that had not been publicized. He told me that he thought it was the wife, too, but they were unable to indict her. I told him what the ghostly gentleman had told me, and the officer said it fit exactly, but they had been unable to even find the weapon.
The officer told me that he had looked to find the gun precisely where I had told him she threw it, but that it was such a big area that they probably would never find it.
This is just one instance of a ghostly encounter and is meant to illustrate that they do not have to come by conventional means at all but can come in any shape or appearance they choose. The murdered ghost continued to come to see me with his bloodied head so that I could easily identify him and would not forget what his mission was.
Humans have been taught that they should not see ghosts because if they do, then something is terribly wrong. In fact this is not true. Ghosts appear to their human counterparts because either they have a message, or they want the companionship. Sometimes they even appear to physical people out of boredom, because they want a laugh or they want to make us laugh.
A ghost is an individual spirit who never dies. It lives time and again through the means of a mortal body. This entity is part of a Supreme Being but is an individual nonetheless.
Ghosts are people who no longer carry the burden of flesh and blood, who have passed to the other side and are called dead. They still have the personality they had in life but no longer have the body.
Most religions dictate that if the soul was good on earth, then they are in a place of peace, usually called heaven. If not in heaven, then they are in the alternative, a really undesirable place generally called hell.
My belief is that ghosts are learning new experiences with each incarnation and between those lives. These persons
