hardships accompanying the ability. A happy psychic wants everyone else to know how great this gift is. We go about gaily offering advice to anyone listening and trying to teach those same people that they can use their gifts too.
Great joy is felt when psychics gives freely of themselves. Walking on cloud nine, they go through life dispensing metaphysical information to all who want it. In a euphoric state, they stay on a psychic high while giving out their advice. They are proud to be alive because of their endowment and want everyone to know it.
The "Militant Psychic" is the one who wants everyone to know because they don't care what the other person may think of them. They are tired of trying to save everyone else's feelings to their own detriment. Sorry to say, I have been this one too.
After hearing that psychics are "bad" enough times, this psychic has a tendency to be quick in offering advice some may find a little hard to take. Not only do they tell the person they are speaking with that they are psychic but they usually add little tidbits that the recipient may have felt they were better off without.
On one occasion I listened to two young women at a restaurant I frequented talking about me. One of the ladies was quite sweet and innocent. The other had known much of the world or so she thought. Her estimation of a psychic was not very good and she was proceeding to tell the other sweet lady this as I walked up to them.
Hearing the sweet lady talk about me made my heart warm but the other lady left a little to be desired. She didn't believe in psychics and didn't care that I knew. Not believing in psychics is not a bad thing but having a closed mind is.
Teaching her a lesson came from the "Militant Psychic," I am sorry to say. Even though I knew her heart and knew that she was not a bad person, my mouth opened to start the words.
