would look at me totally differently. This was quite unsettling and something I did not relish happening for a time.
We, as humans, though, put into action the events we need so that we can grow and mature into the person we intended to become in our lives. Most of us do not want to take this responsibility. Rather we would pretend that we are driven by circumstance more than the divine plan for our lives. Incidentally, we were the ones who made that divine plan for this life while living on the Other Side.
Living the life of the psychic can be rewarding as well as unsettling until you reach your comfort level. Even then there is very little comfort for the good psychic. Always being tested not only by those you don't know but also by those you love is part of a good psychics life. A psychic is always on guard and rarely finds a place to let their hair down and become the chosen human they became at birth.
People you love and who love you become scared of you because of your gifts. It is not that they don't love you but rather listen to your every word to see when it might be one of prophesy. Humans have a tendency to believe the worst is in store for them most of the time. So your friends do not take your words lightly as they would their other friends. A joke coming from the psychic friend is not necessarily as funny as one coming from someone else.
In living with this gift, you have to be aware that words carry extreme importance to those who know you are gifted. As such, you will be constantly on guard to watch your words and can never be completely comfortable, not even with someone who has been with you for years. This is only part of the psychic's world.
Psychics have a tendency to go through three phases in their lives. This can be a day-to-day or month-to-month process and does not have to be in a consistent order. They are the "Happy Psychic," the "Militant Psychic" and the "Suppressed Psychic."
