Take this scenario. Comfortably sleeping you go to a place that you perhaps have never been before and speak with people there as if you are old friends. Nothing seems to be out of the ordinary except that you awaken with the feeling that you are falling. Jerking awake, all your senses are heightened. Returning to sleep without thinking further about what happened, you resume your life.

A few days, weeks or months later, you may visit the place you dreamed of and think this seems familiar. Then, upon meeting people who were with you in your dream, you realize that you are replaying a scene. Knowing what will be spoken next, you have a sense of déjà vu.

You were there before in what you considered a dream when in fact it was an out of body experience in what you perceive as real life. In doing this, you saw the future.

Out-of-body experiences and near-death experiences are similar in that the spirit leaves the body. With both one can experience learning what the higher plane or spiritual world is like.

Both experiences have similar techniques for completion because both take the spirit out of the body but one takes you on the highest spiritual journey. Each time you return to body, but with both you are learning something that can help you on your physical journey in life.

Taking the sum of my experiences up to now is what I hope to teach you in this book. From what I have learned with my ghostly encounters, we all make it to a higher realm, but some of us have to keep on learning more in order to graduate up to the highest spiritual realms. My point to make is that we learn from all and everything. Please try not to think because you are living what you consider to be a spiritual life, that you are any better than anyone else. We are all on our journey and learn from each other.

Each and every one of us is teacher to the other. Learn and accept what you need for your spiritual journey. Leave the rest.
