Comfort level and confidence go hand in hand to create the best psychic possible. Meditation can assist in raising a person's comfort and confidence threshold. This is one of the reasons that meditation is so important to the aspiring psychic.
Many people want to explore the psychic world through meditation but are afraid that they may encounter something ghastly. Some psychics encourage this belief because of their own fear. Close your eyes and get comfortable. Once you're at ease, start to breathe in the following methodical fashion: Take
