yourself, and by doing so you can care more for others. In reaching towards God, one understands that we are all created in The Universal Source as one, but yet we are individuals of the whole.

My definition of Karma is preconditions made by a soul in past lives so that it can create situations in its present life that will extend to future lives. Our past lives have meaning in the present life based on the Karma we chose before. It is not a dirty word like sin, just the opposite. Like a savings account, it appreciates over time with our choices.

Karma is why we live our lives and is influenced by past and present lives. Between lives we create our Karma. We decide what paths we will take on the physical side of life in order to work through our Karmic education. Setting up obstacles along the way, we can use freedom of choice in making our way to a better spiritual awareness.

As the only one in charge of our Karma, it is what we make it. Karma is eternal, as are we; we use it from one life to another.

Being the creators we are, our joys and sorrows of the future are chosen in the present. Then comes the experience. We set those times up for ourselves long before we touch them by the decisions we make.

Looking at your present will give you a snapshot of your future. Knowing what you want in your future can help you achieve it by working in the present. The very act of deciding what you want later starts the process. Your decisions along the way influence that future.

In Karma, a persons desire is their destiny and can be changed on a daily basis. Though it sometimes takes time to set it into motion, just the thought creates the motion.

Jesus said, "When you speak from the heart, it is so." I agree totally with this statement. Your desire, when expressed, creates your life or is in actuality reaping what you sow.

Plato thought that the soul is eternal, preexistent and wholly spiritual. I agree with this.

He also thought that after entering the body, it tended to become impure through association with bodily passions. I do
