made her stray? As for the other adulterer, how could he take someone who had a mind of her own? Did he kidnap her? Could the husband have done anything differently to make his and his wife's life better?
These people could have lived those lives experiences a little differently but they didn't. If they had, then they would not have had to deal with guilty consciences. Each was in complete control of his or her life and thus retained some responsibility for what happened.
Sin was not there, but there was an opportunity for learning. Because of their actions they had new experiences in their lives, educating themselves through tears, anger, remorse and happiness.
Jesus is now and always has been a spirit, which is part of All That Is. Being a helper and guide to others is still His place in the scheme of things. He has helped me when no other could.
