My Near-Death Experience. A near-death experience put me on both sides of this equation, because I died for fifteen minutes on an operating table while having surgery in September 1980. Once as I walked into my den, I almost ran over a stranger standing just inside the doorway. In a panic but rapidly weighing my options, I had to decide quickly how to get away from this person, but he was within arm's length, in what had been my safe home just a few minutes ago. Having to make a life-altering examination of this man in a split second was critical. My heart was pounding and my breath stuck in my throat. My mind went into overdrive. What is the best method of escape? How do I fight back? Look at his hands and see if they are reaching for me! All of a sudden I saw a shape leave the woman with lightening speed, and carrying a considerable wind, it headed straight for me. Thinking I was hidden behind the wall, I felt safe until this monster made my hiding place unsafe by coming through the wall right up to my face. His face was hideous. Turning on my astral legs, I ran with him chasing me as fast as I could go back to the safety of my own bed. Looking down upon my husband before I entered my body again, I screamed his name. "Claude," I said, "wake me up now!" The only bad things the ghosts had done were to hide one shoe each of several pairs of shoes and a hammer. The owners were not to the point of wanting to leave their home to the ghosts but were having a hard time with the items being taken. One moment, the needed items were there, the next they were gone. It was frustrating. Upon visiting the house, I came to realize quickly that this was a nice house for ghosts to visit. The daughter who lived there was quite an artist in more ways than one. She was so gifted psychically that it was even hard for her to fathom. Most of the ghostly entities were around her age. Channeling or Mediumship Inanimate objects usually give channels a history or a story of some sort. Sometimes what people consider inanimate is truly animate when giving details about its' lives. They have spirit just as everyone does and as a part of God deserves the same respect we humans want. Although I have been a medium all my life, when I came out of the psychic closet I thought I needed more concrete evidence that I was channeling than what I had received all my life. When someone asked me a psychic question, I knew I was getting the correct answer when I felt a very sharp pain in my stomach. But it was fear of being wrong that caused that pain. I continued in this manner until the "other side" called a halt to this hurtful method. They told me that if I would listen, I could hear the answers. Psychic ability does not always come in the form of a clanging bell, but a whisper. Many people believe that if a person is talking to someone who can't be seen by everyone, that person must be nuts. But the same people who don't believe in channeling will go to church and talk to God with the expectation that He is hearing and answering their prayers. For them, talking with God, whose existence cannot be proven, is all right because everyone knows without a doubt there is a God. Religion does not have to be a part of channeling, but spirituality does. People channel through their birthright, which is a gift from God. As with all psychic ability, every entity has this birthright when born. Not all decide to use the gift, but all have it. Karma and Reincarnation If the soul only had one chance at physical life, there would be no reason to continue striving to learn. "Get all you can while you are in a physical body because you can't take it with you," would be most people's motto. Then past lives would have nothing to do with the souls progression. There would be no reason to give them credence. Another instance of this is in John 9:1-3 in a passage concerning a conversation between Jesus and his disciples: "As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. His disciples asked him, 'Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?' 'Neither this man nor his parents sinned,' said Jesus, 'but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.'" Jesus even answered that neither the man nor his parents had sinned. He didn't say, "Are you stupid? This man wasn't even born yet. How could he sin before birth?" Instead he answered the disciple's question. If he had not believed in reincarnation, then he would have gone into a dissertation about man only living one physical life. In other words, this was not a Karmic lesson but a lesson to be learned to glorify God and maybe Jesus even had the ulterior motive to make people aware of reincarnation. Auras Auras are a natural in the field of love. Attraction comes from two auras touching before two people even notice each other. Auras seek out others who are most compatible with them. Once the auras touch and agree they feel good together, eyes of the two people meet. Now physical attraction catches up to the sense of spirit. Both start to display physical signs of interest. Floating across the room toward each other, they both feel the exhilaration of first attraction. Empathy |
